CE Section 1 A

Section 1, Part A informs the respondent of the appropriate time period for which to report purchases.

As we start, please understand that we ask the same questions of everybody we talk to. I realize some of these questions may not apply to your CU.

Most questions that I will be asking refer to a specific time period.
During this interview, the time period, unless I state otherwise is for the past month/three months, that is, from the 1st day of "reference month" to today.
