Includes repair to household appliance items such as: refrigerators, freezers, stoves, microwave ovens, clothes washers and dryers, dishwashers, electric floor cleaning equipment, garbage disposals, sewing machines, and portable cooling equipment such as air conditioners, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. Repair includes labor, parts, and all other applicable charges.

Excludes:

• Repair of personal care appliances
• Repair of computers
• Repair of televisions and DVD players
• Repair of appliances under warranty
• Service contracts

Excludes repair to personal care appliances, computers, televisions, VCRs, radios, sound equipment, and other appliances used for personal pleasure. Also excluded are appliances that are still under warranty, and all service contracts (unless otherwise instructed).
